L'Evento Nazionale rappresenta il viaggio per eccellenza per gli Erasmus che ogni anno decidono di trascorrere un periodo in Italia.

Un fine settimana in cui tutti gli studenti stranieri si danno appuntamento per vivere tre giorni di mare, sole, divertimento, sport e cultura, esplorando alcune tra le zone balneari più belle e famose d'Italia.

Per il 2016 l’Evento Nazionale sarà organizzato da ESN Rimini e avrà luogo in Romagna, dal 19 al 21 Maggio. Due le mete prescelte: Rimini e Riccione, note località della movimentata Riviera Romagnola, eccellenze italiane per quanto riguarda il turismo e il divertimento made in Italy.

A partire da giovedì 19 Maggio, e per tutta la durata dell’evento, gli Erasmus potranno sfidarsi sui campi di beach volley o beach soccer, rilassarsi negli stabilimenti balneari presenti lungo la costa e "riscaldarsi" con i beach party previsti nel pomeriggio.

La sera ampio spazio alla creatività grazie alle serate a tema organizzate in alcuni dei club più noti al mondo. Rispettivamente al Peter Pan (giovedì 19 Maggio) Cocoricò (venerdì 20 Maggio) e Altromondo Studios (sabato 21 Maggio). Non mancheranno noti djs che infiammeranno il dancefloor e regaleranno serate indimenticabili a tutti gli studenti stranieri.

Ampio spazio avrà la cultura e la scoperta e valorizzazione del territorio romagnolo. Due le visite previste nel corso dell'Evento Nazionale 2016, rispettivamente il venerdì 20 e il sabato 21 maggio.

Tutti i partecipanti avranno l’occasione di visitare la Repubblica di San Marino, la più antica Repubblica d’Europa, il cui centro abitato è permeato di storia ed arte, e l’Italia in Miniatura, famoso parco tematico dell’Emilia Romagna, che offre ai suoi visitatori oltre 270 fedeli riproduzioni di alcuni dei monumenti più rappresentativi del nostro paese, oltre ad una selezione di altre affascinanti attrazioni europee.

L'obiettivo dell'Evento Nazionale è infatti, da sempre, quello di permettere agli studenti Erasmus di godersi non solo le coste e i litorali italiani, quanto di scoprire luoghi spesso fuori dalle classiche rotte di viaggio degli studenti, i quali spesso si limitano a visitare le principali città italiane nel corso della loro permanenza nel nostro Paese.

Tre giorni intensi e indimenticabili per vivere fino in fondo il proprio periodo di mobilità all'estero, per collezionare ricordi indelebili sotto il caldo sole italiano. Tre giorni che vorreste non finissero mai!

CAPARRA

Dovrà essere lasciata una caparra di 50€ a testa che verrà restituita 5 giorni dopo la fine dell'evento se non saranno evidenziati danni causati dalla persona.



ISCRIZIONI:

Le iscrizioni apriranno ufficialmente Domenica 21 Febbraio alle ore 20.00 e verranno fatte presso il locale Beer House Club. Per iscriversi si potrà pagare un acconto di 120€ e saldare i seguenti 100€ prima dell'evento.

As you know EN stands for “EVENTO NAZIONALE”, the National Event.
It's the most attended trip by every Erasmus and international student who every year comes in Italy to have a great time.
Four days in which all the Erasmus students come together to spend three days full of sea, sun, fun, sport and culture, visiting some of the nicest and most famous beaches of Italy .
It’ll be the place where Erasmus people from everywhere in Italy will gather with the only purpose of having the best time of their lives!
Imagine three wonderful days in one of the most famous touristic place where
- DURING THE DAY you have the chance to challenge your friends in a volley match, beach soccer match and having fun in ours beach resorts along the coast
- ON NIGHT you can enjoy amazing parties in the most famous discos of Rimini with more than 3000 erasmus students!

WHERE AND WHEN:
The EN 2016 will last four days, from the 19th to the 22nd of May.
An entire village in the coastline of Rimini and Riccione will be ready to welcome Erasmus people from all over Italy. Parties, sport activities and trips are waiting for you.

THE FEE:
The fee will be 220€ (it will be divided in two parts), and will include:
- Travel to go and to come back
- Three nights (21st, 22nd, 23rd of May) in hotel 2 or 3 stars
- Three Breakfasts in hotel
- Three Dinners in restourants
- 2 trips to San Marino and "Italia in miniatura" (OPTIONAL)

HOW TO SIGN UP

Signs up start on SUNDAY 21st FEBRUARY 2016 at 20:00 at the Beer House club.
They will end on SATURDAY 12th MARCH 2016.

You can sign up at our office during opening hours, bringing with you
- your ESN card;
- money (just cash, no credit card, bancomat, ATMs, etc.)
- an Identity Document, ID

You can pay in two ways:
- in ONCE with 220€
- TWICE with 120€ at first and 100€ later

It's necessary to leave a deposit of 50€ which will be returned 5 days after the event, if no damage occurred.
