INCONTRO CULTURALE ERASMUS

Dal 13 al 15 Novembre a Roma avrà luogo l’Incontro Culturale Erasmus (ICE),
un week-end all’insegna della cultura
e del divertimento che vedrà la partecipazione di circa 2000 erasmus provenienti da tutte le sezioni italiane!!!
Immaginate 3 meravigliosi giorni nella città Eterna dove:

- DI GIORNO potrete visitare una delle più belle e più famose città del mondo con tutti i suoi musei (Colosseo, Pantheon, Basilica di San Pietro, Fori Romani e molto altro!)

- DI NOTTE potrete partecipare a fantastiche feste con più di 2000 studenti Erasmus nelle più belle discoteche di Roma!

► COS’E’ L’ICE
L'ICE (Incontro Culturale Erasmus) è il primo dei quattro EVENTI NAZIONALI ITALIANI annuali organizzati da ESN. Lo scopo dell'evento è quello di trasmettere la cultura e l'integrazione agli erasmus, attraverso attività di gruppo.

► QUANDO E DOVE
13-14-15 Novembre 2015, Roma

► COSTO?
La quota di partecipazione è di 160 € e comprende:
- Viaggio andata e ritorno in pullman
- pernottamento di 2 notti
- 2 cene
- Feste e serate in due discoteche di Roma, per le feste esclusive ICE con più di 2000 erasmus da tutta Italia!!!
- spostamenti con pullman privato
- visita nella bellissima Villa Adriana
- welcome pack e due magliette evento ICE: una di ESN Florentia e una di Roma
-a ssicurazione

► COME ISCRIVERSI?
Potrete iscrivervi nel nostro ufficio, durante gli orari di apertura, portando con voi
- la tessera ESN;
- i soldi in contanti (no carte di credito, bancomat, ecc)
- un documento di identità.

MODALITA’ DI PAGAMENTO
Potrete pagare in due modi:
1) in UNA VOLTA sola pagando l’intera quota di 160€
2) in DUE VOLTE pagando separatamente
- l’acconto di 80€
- il saldo di 80€

L'apertura delle iscrizioni sarà GIOVEDI’ 17 SETTEMBRE 2015.
La chiusura sarà VENERDI' 23 OTTOBRE

From 13th to 15th November in Rome it will take place the “Incontro Culturale Erasmus – ICE” (Cultural Erasmus meeting), a weekend of culture and entertainment with about 2000 erasmus students coming from all Italy!
Imagine three wonderful days in the Eternal City where:

- DURING THE DAY: you can visit one of the most beautiful and famous city of the world with its museums (Colosseo, Pantheon, San Peter Church, Fori Romani and much more!)

- ON NIGHT you can enjoy amazing parties in the most famous discos of Rome with more than 2000 erasmus students!

► WHAT IS ICE
The ICE (Cultural Erasmus Meeting) is the first of four annual ITALIAN NATIONAL EVENTS organized by ESN. The purpose of the event is to convey the culture and the integration to Erasmus, through group activities.

► WHERE AND WHEN
13th 14th 15th November 2015 in Rome

► PRICE
The fee is 160€ and includes:
- Travel to go and to come back by bus
- 2 nights
- Parties in two Roman clubs for the exclusive parties ICE with more than 2000 Erasmus students from all over Italy !!!
- Transfer with personal bus
- Tour of the wonderful Villa Adriana
- Welcome pack and two T-shirts of ICE event: one by ESN Florentia, one by Rome
- Insurance

► HOW TO SIGN UP
You can sign up at our office during opening hours, bringing with you
- your ESN card;
- money (just cash, no credit card, bancomat, ATMs, etc.)
- an Identity Document, ID

HOW TO PAY
You can pay in two ways:
- in ONCE with 160€
- TWICE with 80€ at first and 80€ later

Signs up start on THURSDAY 17th SEPTEMBER 2015.
They will end on FRIDAY 23th OCTOBER 2015.
